How to complete the Justice fee form and what the process is like
ENTER THE VIRTUAL OFFICE AND THE “TAJUS” APPLICATION
If you are a user of the system, you can calmly enter the application «tajus” from any smartphone or computer. Can locate the ATM portal in the next Address.
When you open the portal go to the button “Get into“:
You will see the virtual office on the screen, if you have already registered previously, placed the CUIT and the personal password.
If you are not registered in the service, register by filling out the form that you will see on the right, follow the instructions shown in the tutorial that is under «Create Account“. When you have already entered the virtual office, select the menu “tajus“.

To load a new settlement and ticket issue, you must select in the Menu «Manage Tickets«, the option «load ticket”.

Initial Justice Rate

Judgments without AmountOn the menu «Types of Action

- When the case is an appeal or extraordinary resource, enter the amount. It is important that you know that the Justice Fee for each Appeal or Incident, and the Justice Fee corresponding to the main Trial are entered separately.
Deferred Justice Fee (not initial)In the cases of lawsuits with an amount in which the Justice Fee is not payable at the beginning, after choosing the «Type of Action
”, the system will display a window in which it will ask if, in the specific case, the process was processed without the obligation to pay the Initial Justice Fee.If you indicate “No”

4. Issuance of the ticket and settlement. Pay

REMEMBER: You have the opportunity to cancel the ticket until its expiration date. After the ticket has expired, it cannot be canceled and if you do, the file will be sent to the ATM.
The taxpayer has the option of printing the ticket again, entering all the data again.
When you have placed all the data, the system will automatically calculate the Taxable Base, the Justice Fee and the accessories. If necessary, the system will calculate the amount of the finesthen a ticket will be generated with the identification number.
You will be able to download a pdf file with the paid ticket and the detailed settlement that will later go along with the court file.

The taxpayer can search for a previous ticket and also has the option of generating a new one.

IMPORTANT: You can only reprint those tickets associated with the lawyer who logged in to the Virtual Office.
How to print the Justice Fee Ticket?
By having the complete data the “tajus” will issue the payment ticket at once, the payment ticket that is printed and canceled at any collecting entity, and the Court can verify both the settlement and the payment through the ATM website.
What is the justice ticket?
