  • In the event that the descendant has some limited physical capacity, which makes it impossible to work, you must provide a format. It is PD-170-01-F08 (Affidavit of Labor Disability of the Beneficiary). It must be renewed each year prior to March 10. Every 6 months for those who study at the university or technicians (March 10 and September 10).
  • Copy of these certifications in the same situation. If the descendant studies on a Night or Saturday Day, he must record the Affidavit of Labor Ministry. This must reflect economic dependency.
  • The custody certificate issued by the relevant official body, regarding the custody of the descendants.
  • The copy of the valid identification document of the descendants, from the entire 7 years, expanded to 150% and without deletions.

Requirements for Siblings Orphaned of Parents

  • The copy of the current identification document of the mother and / or father, fully legible, with a size of 150% and without amendments.
