The third section corresponds to the address details of the applicant, where you must indicate the street, avenue, district, department / urbanization / town, and the references of the points near the location, for easy location.

Section number four frames the data of the legal representative, where the type of national identity document is requested (based on the same scale presented above), the number and the names and surnames.
