Employees

  • Not having the responsibility of the Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Perceive gross income from payments that arise from an employment relationship or from a legal and regulatory agreement. This income must originate from at least 80% of these payments.
  • Accredit gross income less than 1400 UVT.
  • Possess a total value of consumption and purchases less than 1400 UVT.
  • Have a gross equity for the last day of the taxable year less than 4500 UVT.
  • Finally, have a total value in financial investments, bank deposits and consignments that does not exceed the value of 1400 UVT.

Natural Person and Liquid Successions

  • Not having the responsibility of the Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Reside in the country.
  • Accredit gross income less than 1400 UVT.
  • Possess a total value of consumption and purchases less than 1400 UVT.
  • Have a gross equity for the last day of the taxable year less than 4500 UVT.
  • Finally, have a total value in financial investments, bank deposits and consignments that does not exceed the value of 1400 UVT.

Natural Person with Simple Tax Regime

  • It is only required that you belong to this regime.

These are the conditions for not declaring. They are contained in the same format issued by the FNA, so that you can take them into account and present them. This is established by the Tax Statute, based on Decree 2345 of 2019.
