Social Security Law – Art (s). 247

Failure to comply with this obligation to inform the insured constitutes an administrative act subject to sanction and appeal, in accordance with the provisions of this Law. The information on the insured’s employment history is reserved. The violation of the prohibition to reveal the data contained in it will be sanctioned in accordance with the Penal Code.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the information on the employment history may be disclosed in accordance with the Law, to the competent courts and judges as well as at the request of the member, or if the member has died at the request of the persons who are entitled to widowhood and orphan pensions.
