Appointment of a legal representative and an officer

  • Explain and describe the actions that the organization will take, in addition to set the objectives, how it will be financed, the rights and duties, both of the associates and the directors.
  • Highlight internal policies against money laundering, in addition to being against terrorism that must be formed and organized with the FIU.
  • Find a person to be a compliance officer.
  • Owners who are part of an NGO must provide a Peruvian local identification or citizenship document.

Aspire to a tax ID
