  • Copy of Certificate of freedom and tradition.

  • Copy of administration document of horizontal property.

Requirements to verify a license extension

Extension: It is the extension of the period completed on the validity of the same.

The requirements are:

  • Copy of Certificate of freedom and tradition.
  • Application letter.
  • Copy of the document of identity.
  • Authorization correctly awarded legally presented by him.
  • Certification of Start of work.
  • Copy of approval of the previous license.

  • Letter of change request responsible builder.
  • Acceptance letter of the responsible builder.
