  • Affiliation of concubine (with pregnancy and less than 5 years)
  • Birth certificate.
  • Present the medical certificate issued by the deputy medical director of the Family Medicine Clinic (CMF).
  • Voter ID of both.

  • CURP copy of the worker and common-law wife.
