  • If biological, chemical, pharmaceutical and food products are transported, indicate:
    • Product name.
    • Destination country.
    • Country of origin.
    • Purpose of its use.
    • Registration or authorization from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (SAGARPA).
    • Other information about the characteristics of the product: Expiration date, unit of measure, batch number, among others.
  • If products or by-products are transported:
    • Species.

    • Authorization number of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
