For minors

  • Original updated birth certificate, in good condition.
  • Original and enlarged photocopy of the identity document of both parents in good condition.

  • Original of the Immigration Processing Form

For adults

  • Original and enlarged photocopy of previous passport.
  • Original and enlarged photocopy of the identity card in good condition.
  • Original and 2 enlarged photocopies of the retired card.
  • Original of proof of bank payment of passport book.

Validity period of the passport
