Do you have to pay fines?
The fines and fees established in the current immigration regulations will be waived for any beneficiary, whose payment will be pending on the date of granting the PTP.
What happens if the application is denied?
If the Peruvian authorities consider that the Venezuelan person does not meet the requirements to obtain the PTP, their request will be classified as denied.
This within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days, computed from the day following the date of notification of the administrative resolution.
The departure order may be extended only once, for an additional fifteen (15) continuous days, as long as reasons justifying the action are indicated.
It is important to take into account that Migrations will be able to verify the authenticity and veracity of the declarations, documentation, information and translations that were presented as support for the procedure by those who have requested the PTP, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 27444 of the General Administrative Procedure Law.
