Hours of operation: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The attention will be in order of arrival and only the number of people that the office staff can attend to at that moment will be attended.
Fajardo Office
Direction: Calle Dr. López Esquina, Calle Muñoz Rivera Fajardo, PR 00738. They are currently located on the second floor of the Municipal Electronic Library until further notice.
Hours of operation: from eight in the morning to three in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. The attention is in order of arrival.
Arecibio office
Address: City Hall, 1st floor San José Diego Avenue #100 Arecibio PR 00612.
Hours of operation: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is served in order of arrival.
Mayaguez Mall Office
Direction: Mayagüez Mall 975, Avenida Eugenio María de Hostos Mayagüez, PR 00680
Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. It is served in order of arrival.
