How to enter my UASD account

  • The first thing you have to do is enter the website of the UASDonce you enter, look in the main menu for the option Students or TeachersIt depends on what your case is.
  • Once you select your option, the system changes to another window, there you must look in the menu to your right where it says “self service”, You found it? If you found it click there.
  • Now to be able to access your UASD account enter your ID; the ID is your enrollment number if you are a student if you are a teacher, in your case it is your UASD teacher code; and enter your PIN. What PIN do I have to enter? As it is the first time you enter your account, the PIN is the first initial of your name, followed by the first initial of your last name, both letters in lowercase, and your date of birth in the format ddmmyy; such as: km181083. Requirements for admission to the UASD

  • Application summary generated on the UASD website, 24 hours after making the payment
  • Certificate birth certificate in original, foreign students their birth certificate must be apostilled and legalized in the country of origin.
  • Original Bachelor’s Certificate. In the case of studies in the Dominican Republic, this must be issued by the MINERD.
  • In the case of having studied outside the Dominican Republic, you must have the original study validation certification, which is issued by the MINERD. Do not forget to attach the resolution that is delivered together with the certification
  • Record of original Bachelor’s notes. If you studied in another country, it must be apostilled and in the event that it is in a language other than Spanish, you must attach the translation by a Dominican legal interpreter and legalize the translation at the Attorney General’s Office.
  • Photocopy of identity and electoral card
  • In the case of foreign students, a copy of the passport
  • Original medical certificate issued by a Dominican doctor and valid for less than one month.
  • If you are a Pre-medical student, you must attach a commitment letter
  • And finally, if you are a foreign student, you must attach the original payment category letter.

IMPORTANT:

Before submitting your documents verify that your name and surname are exactly the same in each of them. In addition, it is recommended that you keep a copy of all the documents that you will deliver, since these documents, once deposited, are not refundable.

Steps to follow for enrollment in the UASD for the first time

  • First go to the website UASDon the main page select the option from the main menu Admissions
  • Once you enter admissions click on the button “Make admission online”.
  • Now select the option “New user registration” To continue you must enter your RNE number, period and call number. If you do not have an RNE, you must go to the UASD admissions office and request your direct admission there.

  • The next step you have to do is create your login ID and PIN and register your email, then click continue.
  • Complete your application for admission; select the city where you are going to study, then the period in which you are going to start your studies, your last name and first name, now click on fill application
  • An application checklist appears on the screen, to complete your application you must complete the information requested there.
